Schools

Kids have lots of questions. Let’s give them the time and permission to ask – and explore their own answers.

As adults, we often assume kids have a carefree life. After all, they don’t work a job and pay a mortgage.

In reality, kids operate under enormous pressure. Parents, teachers, and coaches set high expectations for them to excel in school and sports. Peer pressure is relentless, and it can be a source of stress and anxiety.

As a coach – and as a parent – I love to ask kids, teens, and young adults questions about their lives. I want to hear about their hopes and plans for the future. And I encourage them to share their concerns and challenges.

In my school programs, I guide kids to identify THEIR values and beliefs as well as THEIR individuality and life goals (not someone else’s). Please take a moment to watch the video to learn more.

I invite you to call me. Let’s chat about topics for YOUR school.
